At An Evening of Religious Solidarity with Rev. Schuller, founder of the Crystal Cathedral Church and Imam Warith Deen Mohammed, leader of the Muslim American Society, Minister Louis Farrakhan shared his 45-plus years of friendship and experience watching the Imam break down artificial barriers of religion and race. The event--held at the Islamic Foundation Mosque in Villa Park--was sparked by the Sept. 11th attack on the United States and the anti-Muslim backlash in its wake.
